Perfect Information for The Long War 2 (LW2)

Shotbar
I never suggested removing Graze (or never wanted to) as the original shotbar did show graze. What i think doesn't work in the current shotbar is the combined Hit+Graze (what you call "full damage hit" or "HC Hit"). Hit+Crit+Graze+Miss should work because that's what the original shotbar (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=640402081) showed. Graze is just as useful to visualize as any other value.

I just had a look at the new shotbar and i'm sorry to say that it's close to useless now as it no longer shows graze nor crit so it doesn't give you a quick visualization of what your shot's outcome can be.
It's also still messed up as if you set AIM_LEFT_OF_CRIT to false the bar (which is only just showing one value now) appears away from it's intended position for soldiers with high crit value and goes into the "crit. dmg" text on the right of the HUD.

Too bad i can't post screenshots. I'll try to describe what i'm seeing with the new bar.
The soldier has 100% "HC hit" and 45% cit (good shotgun in the face) and seeing the bar i'd say the HUD tries to fill it up to 145%. The first 45% where crit shoud be are empty, then it puts tries to add a bar 100% long for Hit+Crit (HC Hit) while it should actually put a bar with a "length" of 55% because it should be only Hit and not HC Hit that shows in the shotbar, the other part of HC Hit is displayed separately (or at least should be) as crit.

I hope you understand what i mean. It would probably be easier to show you what i mean with a screenshot but i can't post one here. I used to keep screenshot on my Dropbox but now they can't be visualized. I suggest you look at the screenshots for Grimy's original shotbar (linked above) as a guide. I could try to make some pictures to help you understand but i'd have to find where to host them.

I'm almost sure it would work correctly with the original code if you simply had passed HIT and CRIT values separately rather than try to put the combined "HC Hit" in the shotbar but i can't really test it.

You don't have the source code on GitHub do you? I've never used XCOM2 mod buddy but i might try to recompile it on my own and see if i can get the shotbar to display correctly however i don't know whether i can just take the source code for the unreal scripts and put those into a new project or i'd need the entire mod buddy sources.

Ok i readded graze and miss back leaving hit and crit values separately on the Shotbar. Now seems working well. The problem is there hit chance is so small and graze oversize it. Better to look a this screenshot - https://imgur.com/AuCSFUe. There's somewhere inside a bad offset value that swap direction and draw left instead of right

Sorry, didn't have much time to even play LW2 lately. Yes, this does fit what i've observed but i thought it was caused by the use of HCHit instead of hit alone. I'll try to have a look at the maths for the shotbar and see if i can figure what's wrong.

I've been trying for several hours to get Perfect Information for LW2 and Gotcha Again to both work at the same time in game. But no matter what I do, if I have Gotcha Again enabled then Perfect Information for LW2 doesn't do anything.

Any tips / help?
