Some problems I can't find/fix

I installed this mod and have some ploppable asphalts.
When I convert it to PO and place it I choose the scale button.
But, I can only make it smaller, not bigger.
With the asphalt square I have 8 + icons, not 4.
When you use Page up or down it dissapear.
Seems like some strange bugs of did I do something wrong?
