Cannot switch weapons while spun up
Beyond that, I don't believe heavy can switch weapons while spun up, and the 10% movement speed while spun up brings the heavy's movement speed from 37% while spun up to a whopping 40%. Wow.
For now, we should stay away from stats that increase damage or firing speed.

After deploying, the gun ramps up from -10% firing speed to +20% firing speed (time could be changed)
