Ze Stats
Im thinking something along the lines of 30% less damage and 20% damage resistance when deployed.

+5% Movement Speed while deployed
Gain 15% Uber-Charge on kill
Damage increases via distance
-15% Base Damage
-85% Clip Size (Syringe gun clip is 20, this clip would be 2)

I think that -85% clip size is too much , how about 50%

-50% is much more reasonable, just having 2 spare shots is rather useless, the only reason for it to have -85% is if it dealt massive damage, just thinking about that, and I doubt that many people would use a weapon that only had 2 shots in its clip. Good idea though.

When deployed you take 30% less damage
-50% Clip size
Shots make team mates take less damage for 5 seconds

These stats might not be the best but im thinking something like the crusaders crossbow but it gives damage resistance.

is that if you shoot your own team mates? sorta like crusaders cross bow, only not for health but instead a defense buff from across the map? say the longer the buff time and the amount of defensive buff is based on distance?

I'd like the idea of something that can stun/slow down enemies in a cross bow type weapon, or another weapon that can give overheal

Having a skill similar to the Crusader's Crossbow, but with the peculiarity that when it hits an ally, it heals the half than one, but has a "blast range" that also heals nearby allies.
