Daybreaker wont ascend
Ive taken all the fascist decisions, im at war with the Changelings, fascism is at 100% popularity, yet Celestia is still ruler and the current ruling party is still harmony. Help is appreciated.

Sometimes you will have to go through the Equestria civil war route and you Equestria can't be winning during the changling war to ascend.
