daybreaker
so ive shrouded the equestrian and griffonian continents in total darkness now i wanna do it again but with daytime and so now i want daybreaker but have no idea how to make her appear

Conquering History games did a video on this a while back,

short version is go down the New High Command branch of the focus tree and pick the third option for all events. this will increase fascism and allow you access to the event to become day breaker.
