This Looks More Like a Decapitation Than A Helmet
This looks rather odd in my opinion. I would rather see a Helmet with the tenticals pertruding from vents or cracks. Currently I can't say I would vote yes for this.

Yep this is the goal, the helmet is supposed to be the growth of infestation on his neck after decapitation.

It's a given that it is "supposed to look like that." The developer made it. It doesn't mean everyone likes it. I'm not critical of his/her abilities, just the piece. It doesn't reflect much work at all.
