I think it should be a reskin for the steak sandvich, but it could also be something like

+When eaten weapons fire 20% faster for 15 seconds
-When eaten, move 10% slower for 15 seconds.
-does not recharge from healthkits

I like that idea.

When eaten: grants knockback immunity, +5 health regeneration, and causes any lethal damage to instead reduce your health to 1 for 16 seconds
Your move 10% slower while the effect is active, and 20% slower for 2 seconds after the effect ends

Or:

On consumption: restores 100 health
50% faster consumption
25% faster recharge
Taking damage causes it to recharge faster

I think it could be used to effectively make pushes with a small amount of people.

I think these two ideas are the best ones for this item. I really hope it makes the cut also since not only does it look so good, I really like hamburgers and I bet Heavy would too. Though I hope it can still restore health like a normal Sandvich as well.
