Just a heads up for those wondering how to permaprop, once the textscreen has been spawned in they can't be permapropped using the permaprop tool.

When facing the textscreen, hold C, right click on the textscreen and a little box will appear, near the bottom you will see "Make perma textscreen" simply click that then once you do a cleanup your textscreen will remain.
