Zmod things in sandbox spawn menu?

For some reason i have zmod things in my spawn menu, i can spawn them in and see items in them but i can not take them. Also when i toggle score board it says im in "[Zmod:PvP] | Zmod Community". Are the zmod things in the entites tab used for placing things in a map then saving to textfile?
