when i stand-pose both models, they're halfway through the floor
when i stand-pose the baby twice, [without unfreezing it] it completely disappears

The model is half way through the ground cause that's how my decompiler did it,I can't fix it in fear of ruining the flexes

it doesn't have to do with gmod,your model is half way through the grid for some reason.

I can't seem to color it right, am i doing something wrong?

I also can't seem to find it in my add on folder, I can only spawn it in by searching for it with the keyword "inkling"

Also that seem is a little noticeable, I'd smooth that out if you can.

i don't know know how to help you with the can't find it,its named after the addon.

but what color tool are you using,the standard color tool or TF2 paint

I was using the basic color tool, though I did also try the the ragdoll color tool found on the workshop.

I just needed to restart to get em to show up on my list so yay to that.

Only bug left is that texture seem though I'm sure that can be fixed in later updates

you need to use the TF2 paint tool.
