Do you mean shadow shaman? What is bad on him. He is typical support hero :p.
Or do you mean storm spirit? What is bad on him.
Some heroes are not changed. They are still default and nerfed by valve. These are Zeus, Outworld Devourer, Necro, Silencer, Pudge.. yea Pudge is already nerfed.
If I would nerf sniper then sniper were useless. Sniper is easy target if you catch him. Invoker for example can catch sniper very easy, pudge and storm spirit too.
I already buffed IO. I changed Tether cooldown to 0 and mana cost 0. But still Break Tether cast delay has nothing to do with the Tether it self.
I just found a bug where it didn't take the changes but next update will give IO 0 mana cost + 0 cooldown
I cannot change Relocate functionality. If I do this I would need to program new. And also it were not vanilla IO. My goal is just to make little bit buff which is only spell values like damage, cooldown, mana or amount of things like bounces of witch doctor.
And yea I already changed overcharge too but didn't make update yet. But I will update soon.
Why pa? xD. I play her sometimes but I think she is still op for me. You make good crits even with the dagger itself.
Oh, also about the "solo" variant of Overthrow: it would be much more interesting if targeted spells were made completely non-discriminating between friend and foe, thus allowing some "friendly" spells to be used to buff/save enemies one from another (e.g. Shallow Grave to save one enemy from another... and kill him later by yourself).
A better kind of scoring system would have the most impact on changing the "Overthrow meta" imho. As long as the only way to score is to get the last hit, heroes with high burst damage will remain the go-to picks. Unfortunately I'm not sure it would be possible to easily fix this. Maybe if it considered individual damage dealt for assists and then rounding them into a point? Dunno.
