+Left-CLick to fire a cloud of gas. Gas increases Sapper stability, making the Engineer hit sapper 3 times to remove. Gas lasts until engie removes sapper.

-85% Sapper damage while gased.
-15% weapon switch speed.

maybe less damage and when you disquise there is no smoke and when you die it releases gasses that do bleed damage so

-30% less damage
+20% faster speed
-50% slower fireing speed
+50% more damage
can heal a allie all its health but loose your knife by hiting them or heal yourself:steamhappy:

How about:
+ On non-Backstab hit: Weapon breaks and causes target to bleed for 5 sec
- Regenerates after 15 secs or by picking up Ammo

That seems good! But how about the knife makes a noise when it hits someone?

should be more rewarding for getting a backstab ; maybe like 20 health on backstab but no overheal?

The idea came mainly from how the weapon looks.
I actually like the idea of health on Backstab, like the candy cane.
probably some damage reduction to compensate
