Game down!
eveytime i start tf2 with the mod installed it crashes mah game, wat i do?

Well...If you go in casual..it's normal..Casual servers does not support mods 😑

acually, i said EVERYTIME i load a map, that includes valve servers and sv_pure -1

servers with SV-Pure 1 won't load mods. they have to be SV_pure 0 to allow it.

yup.
sv_pure 0: all mods allowed.
sv_pure 1: only sprays are allowed (dunno yet for custom sounds)
sv_pure 2: no mods allowed (only official content)

I don't run servers...but I guess it works the same way as sv_pure 0.
Anyway, if you want the game does not crash...play on communauty servers

well, that's why i started this post "everytime i load i map/server" that includes community servers that i am sure that are sv_pure below 1

This is the "old version" not in VPK form (PS: I reanimated the whole stuff, as it was glitchy)
Unzip it and try. tell me after if it's still bugging on your side

PS: to disable a VPK...just move it in a subfolder in the "custom" one

PS: when you spawn a sentry via console it's blue when i am on red team and it does not shoot anybody

the uptade would be only for blueprints; sounds and icons...that won't be a true problem.

for the command spawn....can't explain.
