Skins aren't working
I got the mod and put it in all the right places but when I go in game and place a sentry it spawns as a normal sentry. Plz help.

if you put them in the right place, go in the steam launch options and place this command there:
-mat_forcehardwaresync 1

i don't play very much lately, but from what i remember you have to place it in the "custom" folder somewhere in the game files, if anything try searching how to install tf2 mods because most mods/skins/pretty much anything that isn't original to the game follows the same installation steps

how do you put it in the right spots. and also i have mod, but the dpa is not there to be equiped
