Stats
+25% less metal required to build
+50% construction speed
-Can only be upgraded to Level 2
-20% firing speed
-15% damage vulnerability when hauling a building

I think having a sentry that builds faster but can only upgrade to level 2 will allow for an alternative to the mini-sentry and would be a viable offensive sentry for defense.

My Ideas for stats are:

+radius
+health
+less metal required
- slower firing speed
-less damage

I didn't include numbers, because I am not good a balancing this kind of stuff
