Love the outfit
Really liking this design a lot.
Just one small idea, would be to make the ropes on the front of his chest look more like gas mask tubes. That part of his outfit has always looked out of place and I like how you de-emphasized it, but I think making them look like tubes would go a lot farther in adding to the asthetic.
