Due to the whole rules that DE sometimes decides to follow with the whole "skins have to be based on Tenno, Corpus or Grineer design", I highly doubt this would be accepted, as much as I'd want this to. I guess you COULD try and say this is a Grineer kind of skin, they probably would just want you to change it heavily and ruin it's great current design.

Side note, though, I desperately want a Mesa skin like this, that would be amazing. This is a sweet skin, with your talent I bet you could pull it off REALLY well. Nice work with this skin!
