i think he should have more sanity (he's zenyatas student) but something around 75-50 hunger (he is a cyborg) in winter heshuld move slower and in summer he should get hot realy fast (he is made from metal) and would be cool if he could make a mercy statue

I don’t know how to use the Dragon Blade. It shows zero percent. I can’t even equip him, and I can’t attack to charge him.

You need to attack with a different weapon to charge it up. Once it reaches 100% you'll be able to equip it.
