If its not too much texture work, balaclavas without the skull patterns would work great.
The headset on the face mask looking one would make a nice head prop on its own (if it's not already, I haven't checked ingame, busy with work atm)

Also are you looking for skinning/rigging help from people with previous experience or is interest enough?

Thanks for the feedback. I think Ghosts had some textures somewhere without any patterns, but I'll have to take a look.

To answer your question, experience is preferred but not required. If you really want to learn how to rig, then I can direct you to some youtube videos that deal with rigging.
