I'm having some trouble figuring it out... I have a room with two Saturnian items (a ebony wall bookshelf, and ebony bed (sleeping mask)), and four shadow items (being a shadowy couch, a long shadowy chest, a shadowy table, and a shadowy chair). There is no light sources but the deeds I've seen require at least one light. It doesn't say the room is invalid when I interact with the deed but they never arrive :(

I am playing with Frackin Universe so I don't know if it's an issue with Frackin, or an issue with needing a light source but also not for this tenant. Any help would be extremely appreciated though!
