Did you try setting the mod to the highest priority possible, above from any mod?

You need to do a job first and then you get 10mil

Unbelievable. Thanks. Just the XP is too high and the money could rather be like Euro 1 mill. Otherwise it kills the fun totally. Getting like 1 mill Euro+ for each job is just not realistic. Ive always felt they should pay more for heavy loads but this is insane.

Thank you, good mod, but maybe slightly reduce the percentage of money and experience received, my workers eventually brought me so much that I still don’t know what to do with them..
