With Zandvoort 0.35 installed, the order of tracks in "Select Track" is:
1. Zandvoort 0.35 -> Zanvoort Club
2. Apple Valley ...
...
n-2. Tiger Moth 1.02
n-1. Alabama Superspeedway 1.0
n. Zandvoort 0.35 (with the 4 non-Club layouts)

When I uninstall Zandvoort, all is well, i.e. Alabama is the first track.

This has been reported by others, too:
