1: Gender neutral descriptions. The game says stuff like 'this character' which would fit more, instead of traits saying 'he' which obviously don't work for female characters.
2. Traits using different words. It would be a little more immersive if traits used different words that would fit with the game more, and fit with the vanilla traits. I'm no expert, but lots of traits seem to be modern like "xenophobic" would be better maybe as "racist" or something similiar, as xenophobia didn't really start getting used until the 20th century I think.
And Anorexic could just be "Has no appetite" or something, as that word is fairly modern too.
I don't believe I've ever heard the word 'Cryosensitive' period though. Maybe "Sensitive to the cold." I couldn't even find it in a dictionary.
Just think of how for example like how the game says "Great Pox" (more medieval) instead of "Syphilis" (more modern.)
3. Some more balancing. Maybe making the traits not do much, since they are only RP traits mostly.
Thats just my opinions.

Or sqeaky voice or similar.
Maybe god complex or narcissistic.
Dim Witted might be one.
Trait bisexuel? Seulement gay ou hétéro dans le jeu.
Veuillez m'excuser pour mon mauvais français.
