game mode?
create some, or use models from a different game, such as alien swarm, and allow them to run around joes body as npc's. meanwhile, you, and your team of friends (2-8 players) play as robotic anti-virus machines that go throughout the body killing all these 'viruses'


OR become a virus and destory certain part's of joe's body, while avoiding the machines trying to destroy you

Thats a cool idea, Just you can do that already with someone needing to make a mod for you download Alien: Isolation Alien NPC and thats all

maybe for the anti virus you play as a city scanner and as a virus maybe a poison headcrab or something
