How to set up ♥♥♥♥ zombies?

Please help me guys! I am new to garry's mod but, I would like to play ♥♥♥♥ zombies on garry's mod.. How do I set up it all so I could play? :) Please help!

You'll need to download the addon it requires, and change the map a bit, but it explains how to do that in the description. Maps with a natural navigation mesh won't need any change.
