[Bug] Some F-22s missing from Zeus menu, breaking entire mission
Blank schemes 2 and 3 are broken and cannot be interacted with through Zeus because they are configured improperly.

This bug will cascade into bigger problems where entire enemy factions suddenly stop targeting each other when these vehicles are present in a scenario. Locking targets also becomes impossible.
