How would i be able to restrict the light saber damage?
What I mean is, if I get hit by the light saber and it won't kill me or hurt me. And I want to get rid of some of the forces.

You'd write code to do that. There's some mod-specific documentation inside a link in the description of the mod, but really you don't need it, you'd just use the base GMod API to do it for blocking damage.

I am obviously not going to do this for you, you will have to do it yourself or hire someone to do it for you.
