Installing on a dedicated server

I want to use this addon on my server but the i cant get the weapons part of the addon to work, does it all go into the addons file or what. I have the entities part but the weapons section wont work. Halp

That spawns the entity, I cant spawn or give myself the weapon, even with the tool,
