SLOW IGNITNION/SHUT DOWN ON SERVER
My friend owns a server and there, the lightsabers take 3-4 seconds to ignite and close. Do You perhaps know the cause of the problem?

Your tickrate is too low. This will also cause massive problems with hit detection.
