ERROR signs

One of my friends have installed this pack along with me but when he enters the server, the NPCs from this packs are complete error signs. We've both reinstalled the pack and he still gets errors even though I don't.

He doesn't have many addons - it probably isn't a mod conflict. Is there any solution for this?

Add the models and everything to the server. So that when he joins, he just installs them automaitcally
