yeah it need metalics but one way or the other this is definatly a yes

It's already metallic but not prime bling metallic. If that's what you meant, then unfortunately i have to decline, because that's what i'm trying to avoid on this design.

Oml metallic would ruin the skin, this looks sooooo nice without the basic metallic everywhere

Have you seen Valkyr's Graxx skin? Oh man that's skin is awesome!! I put in the Orokin gold and it's the bomb. And when I toggle it with Primed. OMG.

Anyway, I like what you have for Wukong here. There hasn't been any Wukong skin yet until now. But I think if you put in some metalic and make it work with Orokin gold, it would be super awesome!!

I see no metallic on this skin, it all looks to be normal map to me with the exception of some glossy bits here and there. Quite unsure as to why you refuse to use prime metallic, it would make the skin much easier to pair with other metallic armour pieces and weapons, instead of pairing it with other metallic-less pieces, which are quite rare right now.

this is a master piece it is bought as soon its in warframe

There are varying degree of metalics textures, not just prime metalics. As for reason, prime metallics made warframes and weapons too ornate and regal. While this skin was meant to look traditional and humble. Forcing it to have prime metallics just to match other armors that are designed differently is not a good reason. And if you belive that non metallic pieces are rare, then the more reason to have a skin that cater to those rather than the more common metallic pieces.

I see, thanks for clearing things up for me. Though I would like to point out that not only are non-metallic armour pieces rare, there also isn't a lot of decent looking ones around, as many if not all of them are made way back in the days with somewhat outdated textures. I wouldn't force you into adding metallic onto the skin, though customizing this piece would be somwhat difficult given the lack of newer, non-metallic armour pieces.

I think it's just a matter of perspective. Prime metallic is beautiful and it's loved outright by many players. At the moment you can never have enough prime metallic, less to even say "forcing". That's why quite many of us love prime warframe metallic more than just for other reasons.

Right now the best example of non-prime warframe is Harrow, that looks as beautiful in glory of prime metallic as any other prime warframes. Second best example is Valkyl Graxx skin. What is more nice is when you toggle it with its own existing prime version, it's equally shined with prime metallic glory and more. It glorified the non-prime warframe but it adds even more glory to the primed version. And it appeared so beautifully well with other geared weapon and primed. I wish I could show you a snapshot or if we can take this to the Warframe forum, I can show you the snapshot of many examples. I love the guy who made that skin. I bet it's hard; and all player could never thank him enough.

That said, I can't wait to see your Wukong skin in-game. Whatever form you choose, it should be awesome still. We can't never have enough skin, especially for Wukong. But if you are able to make it with some prime metallic and feel right, that gonna be supper "hot", if not hotter than any existing prime skins already.

Well, like you said, it's a matter of perspective. For every perspective there will be the opposite. For every majority there will be minority. And I'm not the type that caters to majority. Some people including me prefer simplicity and modesty to the point i often toggle off or revert back Prime Warframe to its non-prime skin because the prime version is just too much.

Eventually there will be prime for anything and even umbra, so making pseudo prime or umbra is something that you can count on me to never make.
