I don't have a lot of time to mod at the moment due to starting on a new job - however, I very much still intend to complete this mod.

At the moment I'm trying to get the name change to work when you choose to proclaim the Scandinavian or North Sea empire. So far, I can change the flag (I'll probably put a call out for cool-looking Scandinavian/North Sea Empire flags if anybody wanna make one), but I'm struggling to get the actual country name to change.

Also, I'm continuing with the localisation of the focus tree, and planning to also add descriptions to the political leaders like we have with the political advisors.

Alright, I wrapped my head around how to code events and made a couple for flavour. This opens up a lot of possibilities.

As for the Scandinavian/North Sea Empires I think I'll scrap them as the name changing conflicts with forming Scandinavia (which is already a political decision in vanilla MD). Will think of something else instead.
