Then pop over to Chrisy's thread on CFC (here: https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/c16c-chrisy15s-civilisations-for-civ-6.601144/ ) and attach the logs to your message.
The start screen bug is usually caused by a conflict or a loadorder issue, and as far as I'm aware, the loadorder issue was addressed in the last update so hopefully the logs will highlight where the conflict is and we can help get it sorted for you.

The unique support archers for Assyria are immune to being attacked by some(?) of my land units, and only attackable by my defensive structures. I am unable to move my attacking units onto the tile the archers are on or used ranged attacks against them.
As for the Itu'u archers, they are support units and as such will act and operate like other support units do. If you come up against one, just do as you would with any other support unit in the game and move onto the tile to run them down ;-) I hope that helps!
