-Adding the Judgment Waiver Monitor to the Room and activating Conversation with Advisior

-Swapping a Room with a Judgment Waiver for the City Administrator's Office

-Addition somewhere in the middle of the city of Nexus

i very much agree with Riggs, though i suppose Map size could be a problem
