Problem with the autopsy table needing materials?

I've harvested organs before no problem, but in my current save I've set up the bill and amassed plenty of corpses in my freezer ready for harvesting and the auotpsy table isn't working. Says I'm "Missing materials" despite the corpses being no more than 15 or so tiles away.

Are you trying to do advanced autopsy that requires medicine?

the intermediate one. i also tried to do the basic one. same result for both.
