Seeing as people are still having trouble connecting to the map, and my tip in the comments section is getting buried under the complaints, I'll paste the guide here.

Right guys, in order for this map to work for you, make sure you DON'T select the 100p version. The 100p version will lag you heavily as it spawns 1000 fresh meats leaving you with 1fps, and you cannot kick them off. Just host a game, select 'KF-Leveling-PerkyV5_1059fix', select Hell on Earth, Long, and you're in. Make sure your hosted server is password coded so no one can join if you want to remain alone, which can be set via the 'Server Rules' tab before you enter the game. Make sure in the Mutators tab that no mutators are activated, so remove all mutators from the list, and voila, you have yourself a successful perk-levelling map. To make sure your perk levels are saved (though not really necessary), when you want to leave the game, just waltz yourself over to the lonely gorefast and let him kill you. Then simply select disconnect. Hope this helps. The map does work and thank you Shinkichi for creating it!
