Gestation issue

this might be weird but Ive got the no untameables mod and I was breeding deathworms, they were gestating fine but then after it ends nothing appears, no baby nor an adult or anything, does it work with them or was it just a bug, I tried around 3 times and it doesnt work, thanks if you answer in advance

ok ty for still answering, wanted to breed deathworms but dont knwo the issue nor if its fixable, very nice mod btw have a nice day
