Issues with the Clone Wars GC in Multiplayer

The other Conquest maps are working fine in multiplayer except for the Clone Wars one. When the players try to pick the Republic and CIS to play as it says that both players can't be the same faction. Is there something I'm missing here, or does the Clone Wars conquest map just not work?
