It should be automatic upon release so long as you're subscribed.

Depends on your DL speed, I imagine. I've had this mod downloaded for so long, as well as many others, that I have no idea which random update to my 'workshop content' was this one. You could try unsubscribing and resubscribing if nothing seems to be working.
