I didn't know where to find Death Troopers. I would assume on Scarif but they weren't buildable in Conquest.

Most special troops are build in infiltrator barracks such as death troopers in the empire

Belator (Empire)- Coruscant
Mandator (Republic)- Mintoine
Malevolence (CIS)- Mintoine

Death Star 2- Endor
Conqueror Star Destroyer (Empire)- Naboo

I got control of Endor as the Empire in the Galactic Civil Conquest against the Rebels. But no Deathstar appears in the build options?

You have to have built the original Death Star first (and lost it too, I believe?) before you can build the second one.

where do you build the first one

As Rebels if you have Rahm Kota in orbit around a planet you can build Kota Milita Infantry units that are pretty OP. Also as the Rebels if you capture the planet of Sluis Van you can build Venator Star Destroyers. The Rebel Venators are pretty OP and can take a lot of damage they are much better than the MC80's. The only problem is that after Tech level 3 the Venators no longer deploy fighters I think its a glitch.

Trying to reach Sullust and Correllia to see if they have any unique units for the Rebels but so far my game keeps crashing.

Switched over to Empire.

Naboo - Conqueror Star Destroyer (Superlaser does not work) (can summon two Escort Carriers that can in turn summon four wings of TIE Hunters.
Corulag - Assault Gunboats, Scimitar TIE Bombers, TIE Avengers (missing label)
Maw - TIE Phantoms and Unknown TIE model (missing label)
Arc Hammer Factory Ship - Phase I, II, III Darktroopers (plus an alternate Phase I model) as well as Carbonite War Droids
Honogar - Noghri Assassin Squads

Advanced Barracks - Deathtroopers, Shadowtroopers, Sabre Guards, Triton Squads, Shoretroopers, Super Commandos, and on some planets Storm Commandos (as of right now I know they show up on these planets Jabiim, Minntooine, Mon Calamari, Honogar, and Trandosha.)

I tried it somewhere before his latest update (about a week after he released the 1.05 version 1), the rebels can build correlian destroyers (CD-710s) when they take corellia but they don't seemingly spawn fighters and bombers. I tried getting sullust and after I did I couldn't build any surosuub ships (even though surosuub is from corellia and they gave the rebels some pretty good ships like the liberator, dauntless class heavy cruiser) and the only surosuub ship you can actually build is the quasar fire but you don't need to take sullust to build them.

How do you get the special units for the republic?

Death Star 2 is on Endor, but it has Space Station lvl 5 requirement.

Go to XML folder in mod directory, and edit Endor in Planets.xml file. You have to change <Max_Space_Base>3 to <Max_Space_Base>5.

You can also edit Spaceunitssupers.xml to change DS2 requirement for star base to lvl 3 and enable construction of DS1;)
