Multiplayer desynch

I'm trying to play the mod with friends and we constantly get desynch after a few minutes of gameplay.

We tried with every faction combination, every game options on many maps. The game keeps desynching us.

It's even more frustrating since last year I used to play it with one of those friends and it worked.

How to fix this?

can be the mod its not quite ready or made for multiplayer id try Awakening of the Rebellion 2.8.2
or Empire at War Expanded: Thrawn's Revenge 2.3.6
