so im a huge fan of this mod, while some mods certainly do some things better this mod is hands down the best overall in my opinion. i was super excited for this new update due to the new and improved models and the new units but id noticed a few changes that iether dont make sense or just really take away from what makes this mod so awesome. the first ill adress are changes made to phase 2 clone troopers. it used to be that if youd cinstructed a phase 2 company they woukd take an appearance based on their environment. on normal wolrds they would look as they otherwise would but on frigid worlds they would take on then appearance of galactic marines and so on, however now it seems this feature has been removed and i find this irritating as i hate seeing the same generic units on every world especially in skrimish. whats more while i love added stuff from the clone wars series (the newer one) the cold assault clones arent nearly as apealling as the galactic marines and its not like all gm's have the maroon armor weve seen all white snowtrooper like one with keller and so long. speaking of the galactic marines ive noticed that both commander bacarra and the heavy trooper squads no longer feature their distinct red/maroon kama and markings now they are all a gneric shade of white/grey which also bothers me quite a bit. i love the new units and models as i said. i love the ability to build new elite/special units and commanders for each f the clone legions. in skirmish you can build cody for the 212th, bly for the 327th, baccara for the galactic marinesand rex for the 501st (and not that we need them but commanders appo and keller would be sweet) but id noticed as far as skirmish anyway (with the messed up ai galactic conquest isnt worth it) while yu can build the wolfe pack you cant build wolfe! which is irritating although somehwat minor. now misconture this as anything but constructive criticism and a bit of annoyed fanboying because i love love love this mod. but removing such cool features and adding pointless in the case of bacaras new colors edits just really takes away from the fun of the mod.
