you cannot have over your max health
for every kill you get you also get a +5% speed boost. stacks 5 times

this could be good for demoknights

Ways too broken, even the "downside" will just be a super boost for uber building medics, just a straight upgrade from actual boots

as for me i don't care if they get the same stats as the other battle boots or not, as long as they don't become cosmetics.

+ 25 max health on wearer
+ 50% explosive damage resistence
+ 20% secondary weopon damage on wearer ( requires sticky bomb launcher)
+ 200% air control
