No car in Q menu "vehicules"

when i put all TDM car in /addons, in game i don't have any car in Q menu "vehicles" and i can't put car in 3d car dealer, any help please ?

it's resolve sorry i forget to say it, but when i spawn a car by Q menu, nobody without me can drive it..... yes for a server

I think only the spawner can drive
