Base color the same as rims[HELP]

My base color of the car is the same color as the rims, if the car is red, all of it is red any help and yes my model is set to high.

The problem is that when using the colour tool to paint a car, rather than just the paint job changing, all of the materials of the car are coloured. I too am experiencing this bug and I hope a fix can be revealed.
