Doctrines Update with 112 Doctrines Now live
Please find the Complete details of the changes below Summary

Summary of Updates in v2.0
1) Added 112 doctrines for all factions(presence + global) with some tweaks for some of them.(omitted a few like 4)
these are unlocked via infatry/vehicle upgrades from arsenal
(cant add them as clickable stuff so this is the workaround to make doctrines available in scalable manner)
2) Made some Quality of LIfe changes like Some units being able to fire from Stealth cover as default
3) Fixed Line Elites getting tech upgrades(now they wont recieve any benifits from tech upgrades)
4) Fixed reported bugs(taldeer bug and elite timer reset bugs) in previous release and also one bug from vanilla game.
5) removed tier upgrade requ for elites and added tech requirements to balance the timing of each of them
(this should address a lot of timing issues in previous version)
6) Increased the pop cost of super elites and few other high tier elites to balance their benifit vs penalty.

Although i have done some testing its very hard for me to test all 112 doctrines and their abilites.. i would appreciate if ppl report any bugs found while playing.

1) Made Heavy weapons and snipers to fire from stealth as default setting.
Affected Units : Devastators, Snipers, Ranger, Reaper, Ronahn, Lootas, Bustas
2) Scout Firststrike now lasts for 2 volleys.
3) Increased the damage of assualt leap
4) Increased the Damage reduction of Banshee Quick strike with Taldeer doctrine
5) Added Jetpack visuals to deathwatch (Cant properly port the assualtjump yet)
6) Changed super elites pop cost to 100 and 110.. and high elites to 60-70.. low tier elites remain same.
7) Moved Healauras into Aurabag to make space for more stuff in basebuilding
8) Eldar Super Elites are now trainable from baseHQ structure.
9) Increased the passive chargespeed of dreadnaught by 1. (might stack sometimes with invigorating slam but will reset)

---------Bug Fixes---------------------------------------------------
FIXED THE LINEELITES GETTING TECH UPDATES ISSUE.
1) Taldeer Staised units not targetabl by taldeed -> fixed
2) Mad Dread Rokkit SHield wasnt working with Rapid Rokkit Reload doctrine when kans had 6 rokkets ( vanilla bug) fixed
3) line elites death affecting roster elites respawn times.. ( fixed for some havent tested for all)
4) Fixed Stormboy suicide bomba not getting killed after using ability.

------Known Issues------------
1) Some doctrines may stack if picked from Roster I would recommend having no doctrines in
loadoutin roster for this mod but if your willing to test
please report any stacks if you encounter them, i will try to address it.
2) Lone wolf and Deathwatch Mark doesnt seem to work when Speeder deploys from orbital barracks.
it however works when landspeeder is trained from machine cult..
(i would assume no one wastes orbital barracks for a landspeeder anyway)
3) After Trukk Tractor pull elite Line units may not be hidden doesnt affect the feature its just visual bug.
(not worth time fixing as the logic construct for tractor pull for trukk is large and reduntant)
Future Upgrade Plans ----
Bug fixes , If possible add a cooldown for trainable elites,
possible new unit replacing existing unitslot
