The actual log is quite long so for those reasons I only provided this excerpt hoping it might help?
Not sure what your issue could be, but if it's recurring i would think that your modlist has conflicts. Note that the alternate launcher can only conflicting overrides and there are a lot of other ways in which mods can step on each other, it's by no means a reliable tool to troubleshoot.
Time to get rid of everything non-essential and see if it runs after that. if it does, start adding more and more mods over time (until it breaks again, i guess)
XCOM2 is not built to carry hundreds of mods, you are going to have to spend a little effort curating your modlist...
Hello @DerBK. First many thanks for this mod, I really like it.
Regarding this post, I can find that my game crashes saying for example

I've already fixed it for the next update, but there's really no rush for me to put that fix out - It's not even actually used by the game.
