When requesting military aid:

(if TACS/ATOM is active)
I receive a message saying that my ally will attack in 2 or 4 hours, after this time passes, no allies arrive and the warning of an incoming attack disappears. There is no error log during the request or at the time when they should have arrived.

(if TACS/ATOM is turned off)
Allies drop-pod in immediately without issue.

I am unsure if other mods are involved but have seen nothing to suggest it. Does anyone know for sure if this can work with ATOM turned on?
