Type V reactor instantly overheats
I have two cooling towers, a radiator in my greenhouse, and water cooling, all powered, yet the instant I go above 0.1%, the core's temperature shoots up to well in excess of 1,200 degrees. Why?

are you sure all of the pipes are actually connected between the core the turbine and the coolers

I figured it out. For some reason, my colonists shut off both the steam and cold water valves connected to the reactor. I don't recall telling them to do that, but that was the problem.
